The Johor Entrepreneurship Lab (JEL) is an entrepreneurship incubator established to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to build sustainable businesses.

As part of the Capacity Building initiative, 30 entrepreneurs from the B40 community across Johor were selected to participate in this comprehensive program. Through a series of interactive workshops and practical learning sessions, participants gained valuable insights into the key areas of entrepreneurship and business development.

The program covered essential topics including business planning, financial management, marketing strategies, product development, and product and service packaging. These workshops were designed to provide participants with practical knowledge that can be directly applied to their businesses, helping them improve operations, strengthen their brand, and increase their market competitiveness.

In addition to technical business skills, JEL encourages participants to develop an entrepreneurial mindset by fostering innovation, strategic thinking, and continuous learning. The collaborative environment also allows entrepreneurs to exchange ideas, build networks, and learn from experienced mentors and fellow participants.

Through initiatives like Johor Entrepreneurship Lab, we are committed to empowering local entrepreneurs with the resources and support they need to grow their businesses and create long-term economic opportunities within their communities.
